Terms of Service

Veso reads your website, builds a brand kit, plans content, produces posts and, unless you turn automatic publishing off, publishes them to the Instagram account you connect. What each plan includes is set out on our pricing page.

Keep your login details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must own or be authorised to act for the business and the Instagram account you connect, and your use must follow Instagram’s own terms.

The trial runs for 14 days and needs no credit card. During the trial Veso publishes up to three real posts and prepares the rest of your plan. Downloads are not included during the trial. One trial per business, per website and per Instagram account.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in Australian dollars, GST included. Each plan has two limits: how many times we publish, and how many design pages you get. A single-image post uses one page, and each carousel page uses one page.

Unused design pages roll over for one month. If you run out you can buy a top-up pack or upgrade, and nothing is charged automatically without you choosing it.

You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give refunds for part of a period, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.

You keep ownership of your brand, your website content and the product photos you give us. The posts Veso produces for you are yours to use however you like, including after you cancel.

We keep ownership of Veso itself: the software, the templates and the systems behind it. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

You give us permission to use your material for the sole purpose of producing and publishing your content. We will not use your name or work as a public case study without asking you first.

Content is generated automatically. You are responsible for checking that what goes out suits your business, and for any claims, prices or offers in your material. If you need every post approved first, turn automatic publishing off.

You must not use Veso for anything unlawful, misleading, or for content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Veso depends on Instagram’s API. If Meta changes, limits or suspends access, publishing may pause. We will tell you and keep producing your content, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted publishing, reach, engagement or growth.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are able to limit our liability, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk, and we will explain why. If we close your account without cause we will refund the unused part of your period.

We may update these terms. For anything significant we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
